Office Manager and Chairside Assistant

At our small practice, we truly deliver one-to-one, patient-centered care. That means we not only remember each patient’s name, but all about their family, interests, and adventures, too! I enjoy getting to know those we care for, hearing about their lives, and developing strong relationships with them.  As our office manager, I greet everyone when they arrive, answer any questions a parent or patient might have, process payments, and schedule appointments. And as the chairside assistant, I take orthodontic X-rays and impressions, and assist Dr. Fajen during patient procedures. I talk with the patients about what the doctor is doing, make sure they’re comfortable and understand their orthodontic progress.

My favorite things about orthodontics and my job are watching patient's self confidence increase as their smile improves and bulding long term relationships with our patients.  I appreciate how much time Dr. Fajen spends with our patients and her attention to detail.  She loves what she does and it shows in her relationship with her patients and team.  She has a woman's kind and gentle touch.

Away from the office, I love spending time with my family watching movies and spending time on the lake.   My amazing husband and I have two daughters and a son, as well as two grandsons.  I have lived in Lufkin/Huntington for over 20 years and have been in the dental field since 1999.
